We use the details you send us only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and carry out any work you ask us to do. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

When you use WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy policy. We recommend you review those before sending photos or personal details.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only for as long as needed to deal with your quote or job. If you become a customer, we keep the records needed for our business records and insurance, as required by law.
